Tidioute, Pennsylvania: Public Battle
Public Battle & Display: Starts Saturday, at 3pm and ends at 4pm. The bridge is shut down at 2pm for pyro work. No vehciles or people will be allowed to cross at that time.
Roped areas will be set up for public viewing in both Tidioute and Rt. 62.VIP and Veterans have preferred seating. Contact the Organizers for more detail.
Directions: Tidioute, Pennsylvania: The event can be accessed from the North by way of Interstate 86 by exiting near Jamestown NY.
and following Route 62 south.
Coming from the West on Interstate 90. Exit at Rt. 6N East which leads to Rt 6. Follow Rt.6 east to
Rt. 62 South to Tidioute.
Can be accessed from Interstate 80 (NO TOLLS) from the West, exit at Barkeyville North to Rt. 8, to
Franklin to Rt. 62 North to Tidioute.
Interstate 80 from the East, Exit at Brookville, North on Rt. 36 to Tionesta, follow Rt 62 North to
Tidioute.
The campsite and registration is on the East side of the river a few 100 yds downstream of the
bridge, on Rt. 62.
Tidioute is a small Borough along the Allegheny River. One gas station, a VFW, and a 551 foot
bridge across the Allegheny River. Tidioute is about the same size as Remagen Germany.
Registration: Pre registartion is required- limited number of participants at 250, register early so your unit can be part of this event. We have no walk -ons . Registration ends 7-26-2010 .Vehicles welcome, but vehicles will be limited for Remagen Bridge battle. Armor is welcomed please contact us for more info.
